Tony Dow, an American actor, film producer, television director, and sculptor hailing from Los Angeles, California, gained fame for his portrayal of athletic teenager Wallace “Wally” Cleaver in the well-known sitcom “Leave It to Beaver” (1957-1963). As the older brother of the show’s main character, Theodore “The Beaver” Cleaver, Dow’s role became iconic. Besides his acting career, Dow was also a successful sculptor, showcasing his work at renowned venues like the Louvre in Paris. Sadly, he passed away in 2022 after a battle with cancer.
