Tisha Campbell-Martin, an American actress, comedian, singer, and dancer, rose to fame for her roles in the sitcoms Martin (1992-1997) as Gina Waters-Payne, The Jamie Foxx Show (1996-2000) as Patrice Murphy, and My Wife and Kids (2001â2005) as Janet “Jay” Marie Johnson-Kyle. She has also appeared in films such as School Daze (1988) and Zack and Miri Make a Porno (2008). Campbell-Martin has been honored with several NAACP Image Awards and has openly discussed her negative experiences with the Church of Scientology. Notably, she filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against her Martin co-star, Martin Lawrence.
