T-Pain is an American singer, rapper, songwriter, and producer. He rose to fame in the mid-2000s with hits such as “Buy U a Drank” and “Bartender”. He is best known for his use of Auto-Tune, which revolutionized contemporary R&B and hip hop music. T-Pain has also collaborated with many other artists over the years, including Lil Wayne and Kanye West. Other notable works include his albums “Epiphany” and “Thr33 Ringz”, as well as his appearances as a judge on the popular singing competition show “The Masked Singer”.

T-Pain got his name from his real name Faheem Rasheed Najm. The “T” stands for “Tallahassee,” as he is originally from Tallahassee, Florida. He added the “Pain” from the physical pain he experienced after a near-fatal car accident that left him with chronic pain.

One less known fact about T-Pain is that he is an avid gamer and has even created his own Twitch channel, where he streams himself playing various video games. He has also expressed interest in developing his own video games in the future. T-Pain has also collaborated with several popular gaming personalities and appeared on the gaming-based YouTube series “Hot Ones”.
