She rose to fame in the late 1990s for her portrayal of Nadia in the teen comedy “American Pie” (1999), which earned her critical acclaim and a Teen Choice Award nomination. Elizabeth continued to star in numerous films throughout the 2000s, including “Scary Movie” (2000), “Love Actually” (2003), and “Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back” (2001).
In addition to her acting career, Elizabeth is also an accomplished martial artist, holding a black belt in Taekwondo. She underwent Krav Maga training for her role in “Tomcats” (2001). She is also a certified scuba diver and has her own clothing line called “Shannon Elizabeth Collection.”
