Ronald Joseph Cicenia, also known as Ron Carey, was a renowned American film and television actor, recognized for his comedic roles in sitcoms and movies. He gained fame for his portrayal of Levitt in the TV series “Barney Miller” and appeared in other notable works such as “High Anxiety”, “History of the World, Part I”, “The Drew Carey Show”, and “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch”. In addition to acting, Carey contributed as a writer and producer for the children’s television show “Pryor’s Place”. His performance in “Barney Miller” earned him a Screen Actors Guild Award. Sadly, Carey passed away on January 16, 2007, at 71 years old.
