Rob Riggle, an American actor and stand-up comedian, is also a retired United States Marine Officer. He rose to fame as a correspondent on Comedy Central’s The Daily Show from 2006 to 2008 and as a cast member on NBC’s Saturday Night Live from 2004 to 2005. Riggle is well-known for his roles in films such as The Hangover, 21 Jump Street, and Step Brothers, as well as TV appearances in shows like The Office, Arrested Development, and Modern Family. Additionally, he has lent his voice to animated series like American Dad! and Bob’s Burgers. Riggle has received several comedy award nominations, including a 2012 Emmy for his work on Saturday Night Live. Notably, he also holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
