Richard Sandrak, also known as “Little Hercules,” was a Ukrainian-born American bodybuilder, martial artist, and actor who rose to fame in the early 2000s for his remarkable muscular physique at a very young age. Born in 1992, Sandrak moved to the United States with his family and was trained extensively in bodybuilding and martial arts by his father, Pavel Sandrak, a former KGB agent, from the age of two. His extraordinary strength and physique earned him multiple Guinness World Records and appearances in movies like “Little Hercules” and TV shows such as “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.” However, in 2015, Sandrak decided to step away from bodybuilding and focus on his education.
