Richard Camacho, a Dominican-American singer and dancer, gained fame as a former member of the Miami-based Latin American boy band CNCO. He first gained attention in 2015 when he participated in the reality show “La Banda,” which led to the formation of the group, consisting of Camacho, Erick Brian Colón, Christopher Vélez, and Zabdiel De Jesús. After winning “La Banda,” they secured a five-year recording contract with Sony Music Latin. Camacho has also pursued solo projects and collaborations with other artists, contributing to albums like “Primera Cita” and “CNCO” and hit songs such as “Reggaetón Lento (Bailemos)” and “Tan Fácil.” He has received accolades, including the Latin American Music Award for New Artist of the Year. Besides his music career, Camacho is an accomplished basketball player and has taken part in charity basketball games to support various causes.
