Throughout his career, he received various accolades, such as three PEN/Faulkner Awards, a Pulitzer Prize, and the Man Booker International Prize, among others. Some of his most renowned works include “Portnoy’s Complaint,” “American Pastoral,” “The Plot Against America,” “Goodbye, Columbus,” “The Human Stain,” and “Everyman.” Roth passed away in 2018.
