Paul Harvey was a distinguished American radio broadcaster and news columnist, recognized for his unique staccato delivery and conservative views on current affairs. He rose to prominence with his segment “The Rest of the Story” and hosted the popular radio show “Paul Harvey News and Comment”. Among his notable works were his coverage of President John F. Kennedy’s assassination, his narration of the documentary “The Real Las Vegas”, and his induction into the National Radio Hall of Fame. Despite overcoming stage fright early in his career, Harvey became one of the most prominent radio broadcasters of his time. He passed away on February 28, 2009, at the age of 90.
