Mike Epps, an American actor, comedian, and producer, is best known for playing Day-Day Jones in the Friday film series. He has also starred in popular movies such as The Hangover, Next Friday, All About the Benjamins, and How High. Epps has found success in stand-up comedy, releasing numerous comedy albums and specials. He received a NAACP Image Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture for his role in Sparkle. In 2022, Epps filmed a Netflix special titled “Indiana Mike” at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino in Chandler and starred in the Netflix comedy series “The Upshaws” alongside Wanda Sykes and Kim Fields. Notably, Epps has transitioned from a top stand-up comic to a sought-after comedic actor of his generation.
