Michelle Morgan, born July 16, 1981, is a Canadian actress, writer, and musician best known for her leading role in “Degrassi: The Next Generation” as Anna Turner. She has since starred in numerous television shows, including “Heartland,” “The Listener,” “Saving Hope,” and “When Calls the Heart,” as well as Hallmark Channel movies like “Love, Once and Always” and “A Very Merry Mix-Up.”
Morgan’s talents extend beyond acting, as she is also an accomplished singer-songwriter with two albums to her name: “I Am” (2012) and “Little Bird” (2014). Her accolades include two Gemini Awards, a Canadian Screen Award, and a Teen Choice Award nomination.
