Lucy Boynton is a British actress who has made a name for herself in both film and television. Born in London in 1994, Boynton began acting at a young age, appearing in school plays and local theater productions. She later attended the James Allen’s Girls’ School in Dulwich, London, where she studied drama and English literature.
Boynton made her professional acting debut in 2006, appearing in the British television series “Miss Austen Regrets.” She went on to have small roles in several other TV shows and films, including “Ballet Shoes” (2007), “Sense and Sensibility” (2008), and “Mo” (2010).
Boynton’s breakthrough role came in 2016 when she starred as Beatrix Potter in the biopic “Miss Potter.” Her performance earned critical acclaim and helped launch her career in Hollywood. She went on to star in several high-profile films, including “Sing Street” (2016), “Murder on the Orient Express” (2017), and “Bohemian Rhapsody” (2018).
