Judy Reyes, born on November 5, 1967, is an American actress, model, and producer who gained recognition for her roles in popular television series. She is best known for portraying Carla Espinosa on the NBC/ABC medical comedy “Scrubs” (2001-2009) and Zoila Diaz in the Lifetime comedy-drama “Devious Maids” (2013-2016). Since 2017, Reyes has starred as Annalise “Quiet Ann” Zayas in the TNT crime comedy-drama “Claws”. In addition to her television work, she has appeared in films such as “Dirty”, “Washington Heights”, and “Gun Hill Road”. Reyes is also an activist and supports various charitable organizations. As a trained doula, she advocates for improving access to doula services for low-income and marginalized communities.
