Jonathan Goldsmith, an American actor, gained fame for his portrayal of “The Most Interesting Man in the World” in Dos Equis commercials. He initially established himself in the acting world with 25 appearances in Western films, including notable roles in “The Shootist” and “Hang ‘Em High.” In the 1976 film The Shootist, Goldsmith played a villain who was shot between the eyes by John Wayne. He has also acted in TV shows such as “Charlie’s Angels,” “Knight Rider,” and “Perry Mason.” Apart from his acting career, Goldsmith is known for his conservation efforts as the founder of the Orangutan Foundation International.
