Joe Hahn, an American musician, DJ, director, and visual artist, is best known as the DJ and creative director of the rock band Linkin Park. He has contributed to all seven of the band’s albums through scratching, turntables, sampling, and programming. Alongside bandmate Mike Shinoda, Hahn has created most of Linkin Park’s album artwork. Besides his work with the band, he has directed music videos for other artists, such as X-Ecutioners and Static-X, and directed and produced films, including the 2014 feature film “Mall.” Hahn has also worked on remixing and music production for artists like Marilyn Manson and Static-X. Known for his live DJ performances, he often showcases his skills with impressive solos during Linkin Park concerts. Additionally, Hahn is a member of “The Band of Golfers,” a group of musicians and friends passionate about golf, and has participated in several celebrity golf tournaments. Despite the tragic loss of Linkin Park’s frontman Chester Bennington in 2017, Hahn has shared that the band plans to create new music together.
