Janina Maria Stronski, known as Jenny Jones, is a Canadian-American comedian, television presenter, and chef. She rose to fame as the host of The Jenny Jones Show, a tabloid talk show that aired from 1991 to 2003. With its debut in September 1991, the show made history as the largest launch in syndicated talk show history, broadcasting on 178 television stations across the nation. In addition to her successful career as a comedian and singer, Jones has recently focused on philanthropy, launching “Jenny’s Heroes” in 2008 and committing nearly $2 million to support those in need.
