Jay Park, born Park Jae-beom on April 25, 1987, is a Korean-American rapper, singer, songwriter, dancer, record producer, and entrepreneur who has made a significant impact on the global music scene.

Park’s journey began in Seattle, Washington, where he developed a passion for music at a young age. Inspired by diverse genres, he honed his skills in rapping, singing, and dancing. After moving to South Korea in 2005, he joined JYP Entertainment and debuted as the leader of the popular boy band 2PM in 2008.

Despite initial success, Park faced controversy in 2009, leading to his departure from 2PM. Undeterred, he founded his own record label, AOMG, in 2013 and released his debut solo album, “New Breed,” which showcased his unique blend of hip-hop, R&B, and pop.
