Jungle Jack Hanna is a renowned American zoologist, author, and TV personality who rose to fame as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium’s director. He has appeared on numerous wildlife television shows and hosted popular syndicated programs such as “Jack Hanna’s Animal Adventures,” “Jack Hanna’s Into the Wild,” and “Jack Hanna’s Wild Countdown.” Additionally, he has authored children’s books and served as a spokesperson for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. In 2019, Hanna was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, leading to his retirement from zoology. He currently resides in Montana with his wife, Suzi.
