Her exceptional talent led her to train at the prestigious Australian Ballet School and later the Victorian College of the Arts, where she honed her skills and graduated with a Bachelor of Dance degree.

Allardice’s professional career took flight in 1994 when she joined the Australian Ballet. Her remarkable abilities propelled her to the position of principal dancer in 1999, where she captivated audiences with her mesmerizing performances in iconic ballets such as “Swan Lake,” “The Sleeping Beauty,” and “Giselle.”
