Don Galloway was an American stage, film, and television actor, most recognized for portraying Detective Sergeant Ed Brown in the enduring series “Ironside” from 1967 to 1975, a role he reprised in a 1993 TV film. He also made appearances in well-known TV shows such as “The Twilight Zone,” “Perry Mason,” and “Kojak.” Actively participating in the civil rights movement during the 1960s, Galloway supported the United Farm Workers union. A licensed pilot who owned his own airplane, he passed away in 2009 at 71 years old.
