Dinah Jane Milika Ilaisaane Hansen, born June 22, 1997, is an American singer who rose to fame as part of the girl group Fifth Harmony. Following the group’s hiatus in 2018, she pursued a solo career. Her most well-known song, “Boom Boom,” was released on October 28, 2017, and peaked at number 3 on the Puerto Rican Top 40 Chart, remaining on the list for 81 weeks. Although she has not yet released a full-length solo album, her debut EP, Dinah Jane 1, came out in April 2019. Dinah Jane has also been active in promoting education through initiatives such as the “I Have A Dream” Foundation and the “Education Rocks” tour. Notably, she initially auditioned as a solo artist for the second season of The X Factor before joining Fifth Harmony, which went on to become one of the best-selling girl groups of all time.
