Derek Lamar Fisher, an American professional basketball coach and former player, is best known for his time with the Los Angeles Lakers, where he secured five NBA championships. Besides the Lakers, Fisher played for the Golden State Warriors, Utah Jazz, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Dallas Mavericks. As a coach, he has guided the New York Knicks and Los Angeles Sparks.
