David Lee Roth, an American musician, singer, and songwriter, gained fame as the original lead vocalist for the rock band Van Halen. Before joining the band, he played with various other groups and eventually helped Van Halen become a top hard rock act. Roth’s rendition of “California Girls” from his Crazy From the Heat EP is among his most well-known songs. In addition to his music career, he has hosted his own radio show, appeared on reality TV programs, and reunited with Van Halen in 2007. Roth is widely regarded as one of the greatest frontmen in the history of rock music.
