David Archuleta rose to fame as the runner-up on American Idol’s seventh season in 2008. His debut album, also titled “David Archuleta,” achieved gold certification by the RIAA. Subsequent albums include “Christmas from the Heart” (2009), “The Other Side of Down” (2010), “Forevermore” (2012), and “Postcards in the Sky” (2023).
Archuleta’s accolades include an American Music Award, a Billboard Music Award, and a Teen Choice Award. He’s also known for his philanthropic work and mental health advocacy. A multi-instrumentalist, Archuleta plays piano, guitar, drums, and bass. He enjoys cooking, sports, and is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
