Danaë
Danaë, daughter of King Acrisius of Argos, was locked away in a bronze chamber to prevent an oracle's prophecy of her son killing Acrisius from coming true.

Despite Acrisius’s precautions, Danaë was impregnated by Zeus, who transformed himself into a shower of gold to reach her. She gave birth to Perseus, who eventually fulfilled the prophecy and accidentally killed Acrisius. Danaë and Perseus were later turned into constellations by Zeus.
