Dan Harmon, an American writer, producer, and actor, is best known for creating and running the popular comedy television series “Community” and the animated sitcom “Rick and Morty”. In addition to these shows, he has contributed to various other TV programs and films, such as “Monster House” and “Anomalisa”. Harmon co-founded the alternative television network “Channel 101” and has received multiple Primetime Emmy Awards for his work in the industry. He has openly discussed his battles with alcoholism and addiction, which impacted his work on “Community”. After getting sober, Harmon returned to the show for its fifth season.
