Dr. Chris van Tulleken, a British doctor, television presenter, and author, is renowned for hosting various BBC documentaries, such as “Trust Me, I’m a Doctor” and “Operation Ouch!”. He currently serves as an infectious disease doctor at University College London Hospitals and holds a Medical Research Council clinical research fellowship at University College London. Chris earned his master’s degree in International Public Health from the University of Copenhagen and has written the book “Ultra-Processed People.” Notably, he once conducted an experiment in which he replaced his healthy diet with one comprising 80% ultra-processed foods for a month.
