Chris Tucker, an American actor and comedian, rose to fame in the 2000s for his quick-witted humor and is best known for portraying Detective James Carter in the Rush Hour film series alongside Jackie Chan. Some of his other notable works include Friday (1995), The Fifth Element (1997), Money Talks (1997), and Jackie Brown (1997). Besides acting, Tucker has also pursued a career in stand-up comedy and hosted the BET Awards. In 2016, he played film producer Albert Brown in Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk. Interestingly, Tucker was once the highest-paid actor in Hollywood.
