Chris Paul, born on May 6, 1985, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, rose to fame as a basketball prodigy. After leading his high school team to four consecutive state championships and being named North Carolina’s Mr. Basketball in 2003, he showcased his talent at Wake Forest University.
Paul’s NBA career began when he was selected 4th overall by the New Orleans Hornets in the 2005 draft. He quickly became a star point guard, earning nine NBA All-Star selections, four All-NBA First Team honors, and two NBA All-Defensive First Team selections.
