Chris Kelly, also known as “Mac Daddy,” was part of the renowned rap duo Kris Kross, alongside his friend Chris “Daddy Mac” Smith. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, they became the youngest successful hip-hop duo after being discovered by Jermaine Dupri in 1991. Their debut single, “Jump,” released in 1992, brought them worldwide fame. Sadly, Kelly passed away in 2013 due to a drug overdose.
