Casey Anderson, an American filmmaker, wildlife naturalist, and television presenter, is renowned for conveying the connection between humans and the natural world, particularly wild animals, to diverse audiences. He gained recognition for his documentary film “Expedition Grizzly” and the National Geographic television series “America the Wild.” Other significant works include “The Grizzly Maze,” “Alaska: Spirit of the Wild,” and “Great Bear Stakeout.” Anderson is also the founder of Montana Grizzly Encounter, a non-profit bear rescue and educational facility. He became popular for raising Brutus the Bear, a grizzly bear he adopted as a newborn cub.
