Carla Abellana, a renowned Filipina actress and model, gained popularity for her lead role in the 2009 Philippine adaptation of the Mexican telenovela Rosalinda. She has also appeared in other TV dramas, including My Husband’s Lover and Love of My Life, as well as films such as So It’s You, No Boyfriend Since Birth, and Shake, Rattle & Roll Fourteen: The Invasion. In 2014, she received the Best Actress award at the Metro Manila Film Festival for her performance in Shake, Rattle and Roll 15. Additionally, Abellana is a passionate advocate for animal welfare and serves as an ambassador for the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).
