Billy Blanks, an American martial artist, actor, and fitness instructor, is best known for developing the widely popular Tae Bo workout routine, which combines his extensive martial arts expertise with exercise. He has made appearances in various films and television shows, such as “Bloodfist,” “The Last Boy Scout,” “Expect No Mercy,” “Balance of Power,” and “The King of the Kickboxers.” As a motivational speaker, Blanks has trained numerous celebrities and athletes. In the early 90s, he also formed a dance-pop group called “Billy Blanks and the PT Cruisers.”
