Bernard Cribbins, a cherished British actor and comedian, enjoyed a remarkable career spanning over seven decades. He rose to prominence in the UK with his successful film comedies and hit records. Cribbins is best remembered for his roles in the TV series “Doctor Who” and the films “Carry On Jack” and “Carry On Spying”, as well as other notable works like “The Railway Children”, “Frenzy”, and “Jackanory”. A talented artist, Cribbins showcased his artwork at London’s Menier Gallery in 2010 and even sold some pieces for charity. In recognition of his contributions to drama, he was appointed OBE in 2011. Unfortunately, Bernard Cribbins passed away on July 27, 2022, at the age of 93.
