Field has contributed to numerous albums, TV shows, and live tours with the group, including their hit song “Fruit Salad.” He has also worked on various other projects, such as creating and producing the TV show “The Kingdom of Paramithi” and releasing his solo album, “A John Watson Summer.”

Field has been open about his struggles with anxiety, sadness, and depression, publicly discussing his clinical depression in 2007. He married Michaela Patisteas in 2003, and they have three children together, who have made guest appearances with The Wiggles.
