Wil Wheaton rose to fame for his portrayal of Wesley Crusher in “Star Trek: The Next Generation” (1987-1994). Since then, he has continued to act, appearing in numerous films and television shows, including “Stand by Me” (1986), “Toy Soldiers” (1991), “Flubber” (1997), “The Big Bang Theory” (2007-2019), and “Star Trek: Picard” (2020).
Beyond acting, Wheaton is also known for his work as a voice actor, providing voices for characters in animated series and video games. He has written several books, including “Dancing Barefoot” (2004), “Just a Geek” (2007), and “The Happiest Days of Our Lives” (2019).
Wheaton has received recognition for his contributions to the entertainment industry, including three Young Artist Award nominations and a Saturn Award win for Best Supporting Actor in a Television Series for his role in “Star Trek: The Next Generation.” He was inducted into the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame in 2017.
