He is best known for co-founding and leading the English Defence League (EDL) and later working as a political advisor to Gerard Batten, the former leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP). Throughout his career, Robinson has been involved in numerous controversial activities and has faced several criminal convictions, including those related to violence and fraud.
