Samantha Jo, also known as Samantha Win Tjhia, is a Canadian American actress and former wushu taolu athlete. She gained fame for her roles in Mortal Kombat Legacy as Kitana and Man of Steel as CarVex. Other notable works include her appearance in the film Wonder Woman, her stunt performance, and her time on the Canadian National Wushu Team.
Samantha Jo was born on April 26, 1986, in Los Angeles, California. She began her acting career in the early 2000s, with small roles in television shows and independent films. Her breakthrough role came in 2006 when she landed the lead role in the teen drama series “The O.C.” Samantha Jo played the character of Summer Roberts, a wealthy and popular teenager, for four seasons of the show.
Since then, she has starred in numerous films and television shows, including “The Roommate,” “I Am Number Four,” and “The DUFF.” Samantha Jo has also ventured into voice acting, providing her voice for the character of Vanellope von Schweetz in the Disney animated film “Wreck-It Ralph” and its sequel.
