Maria Shriver is an American journalist, author, and philanthropist who is well-known for her advocacy work in women’s issues and Alzheimer’s awareness. As the founder of the nonprofit organization The Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement, she has dedicated herself to raising awareness and funding scientific research on Alzheimer’s disease.
