Katie Stevens is an American actress and singer who rose to fame after finishing eighth on the ninth season of American Idol in 2010. She gained further recognition for her portrayal of Karma Ashcroft in the MTV series “Faking It” (2014-2016) and Jane Sloan in the Freeform series “The Bold Type” (2017-2021).
Stevens has also appeared in various films, including “Polaroid” (2019), “Haunt” (2019), and “The Perfect Date” (2019). She made her Broadway debut in the musical “Jagged Little Pill” in 2019.
In addition to acting, Stevens is also a talented singer and songwriter. She released her debut EP, “Indigo,” in 2019 and has since released several singles.
