English actress Jodie Auckland Whittaker gained recognition for her roles as the thirteenth Doctor in the long-running TV series ‘Doctor Who’ (2017-2022) and as Beth Latimer in ‘Broadchurch’ (2013-2017). Her breakout performance was in the 2006 film ‘Venus’, earning her nominations for the British Independent Film Award and Satellite Award.
