He gained fame for his portrayal of Nick Miller in the Fox comedy series New Girl, earning a Teen Choice Award nomination for his performance. Johnson has also lent his voice to Spider-Man in the animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) and appeared in movies such as Tag, Jurassic World, and Let’s Be Cops. Recently, he ventured into directing with his debut film, Self Reliance.
