John David Jackson, better known by his stage name Fabolous, is a renowned American rapper, songwriter, and actor hailing from Brooklyn, New York. He rose to fame in the early 2000s with his debut album “Ghetto Fabolous” and received a Grammy nomination in 2003 for his collaboration with Lil’ Mo on “Superwoman Pt. II.” Some of his other popular works include “Breathe,” “Young’n (Holla Back),” and “Into You” featuring Tamia or Ashanti. Fabolous has also appeared in films such as “Scary Movie 5” and “Loso’s Way: The Movie.” In 2019, he was honored with the Key to Brooklyn for his significant contributions to the borough’s music scene.

As a rap veteran and one of the best East Coast rappers of all time, Fabolous has released several successful albums, including “Street Dreams” and “Loso’s Way.” His top songs include “She Got Her Own,” “Make Me Better,” and “Can’t Let You Go.” With a total of 15 top 100 hit songs, he has been involved in various collaborations, such as his feature on Trey Songz’s “Say Aah.”

Apart from his music career, Fabolous is an entrepreneur and co-owner of the streetwear brand Blood’s Thicker, which he launched in 2008. The brand has been sported by celebrities like Jay-Z and Chris Brown. Throughout his career, Fabolous has also partnered with brands like Reebok and Avirex. Interestingly, he gained recognition while still in high school when he performed live on DJ Clue’s radio show.
