David Wesley Haywood, an American country musician and songwriter, is widely recognized for his role in the popular country music band Lady A. As a multi-talented instrumentalist, he contributes to the group by playing guitar, piano, and mandolin, as well as providing backing vocals. Haywood has participated in the creation of numerous hit songs, such as Lady A’s “Need You Now,” Luke Bryan’s “Do I,” and Miranda Lambert’s “Love Song.” Besides his successful music career, Haywood is a devoted husband to Kelli Cashiola and a father to their two children.
