Charles Peckham Day, an American actor, comedian, writer, producer, and podcaster, rose to fame for his role as Charlie Kelly on the FX comedy “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” (2005–present). He not only co-created the show with Rob McElhenney and Glenn Howerton but also serves as a writer and executive producer. Day’s performance on the show earned him a Critics’ Choice Award nomination. His other notable works include “Horrible Bosses,” “Pacific Rim,” “Fist Fight,” “The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part,” and “The Hollars.” A talented musician, Day has also written and performed songs for “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.”
