Ashley Nicole Rickards, born on May 4, 1992, is an American actress renowned for her roles as Jenna Hamilton in MTV’s comedy-drama series “Awkward” and Samantha “Sam” Walker in The CW’s teen drama series “One Tree Hill”. She has also starred in the independent drama film “Fly Away” as Mandy, an autistic girl, and made appearances in various films and TV shows such as “American Horror Story”, “Satisfaction”, and “The Flash”. At the age of 13, Rickards earned a brown/black belt in taekwondo. An interesting fact about her is that she graduated from high school at 15 and is currently a member of MENSA.
