Alexis Joy Dziena is an American actress best known for her roles in the television series “Entourage” and “The Newsroom.” She has also appeared in several films, including “Fool’s Gold,” “Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist,” and “When in Rome.”

Dziena began her acting career at a young age, appearing in local theater productions. She made her television debut in 2003 in an episode of “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.” She went on to appear in several other television shows, including “One Tree Hill,” “ER,” and “The Sopranos.”

Dziena is best known for her roles as Ashley Banks in the HBO series “Entourage” (2004-2011) and as Tess Westin in the HBO series “The Newsroom” (2012-2014). For her role in “The Newsroom,” she received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.

In addition to her acting career, Dziena is also a talented singer and songwriter. She has released two albums, “Alexis Joy Dziena” (2009) and “We’re All Beautiful” (2012). She is also an accomplished equestrian and has competed in several horse shows, winning numerous awards.

Dziena is married to actor Michael Pitt and they have two children together.
