Adam Johnson, an English former professional footballer, gained recognition as a talented winger during his time at Middlesbrough’s youth academy. He made his debut at 17 and played in 120 matches for Middlesbrough. Johnson also had temporary stints at Leeds United and Watford before moving to Manchester City in February 2010. With Manchester City, he secured the FA Cup in 2011 and the Premier League in 2012. However, his career took a dark turn in 2016 when he was found guilty of engaging in sexual activity with a 15-year-old fan and received a six-year prison sentence.
